Pumper Do's:

• Have your grease trap regularly maintained
  
• Do keep record of pumping and other tank maintenance
  
• Use water efficiently
• Know the size of your trap. This will help you make the right choice and
  you can verify the correct volume was pumped.
  

Pumper Donts:

• There are some 'bad guys' out there! They simply skim your traps. Skimming is considered taking the top layer of grease off the trap and leaving the trap full. Continued skimming can cause back ups, trap deterioration and health department violations. If you receive a bid that is surprisingly low, this may be an indication of skimming.
